The South West Area is one of six areas that make up the Province of the Hampshire & Isle of Wight.

It has six masonic centres at Bournemouth, Brockenhurst, Christchurch, Lymington, New Milton, and Ringwood.

It has a total of 38 Craft Lodges, and about 1300 masons, and is headed up by the Assistant Provincial Grand Master W.Bro. Chris Lockwood.
