What have Freemasons done for the local community?
Every year monies raised from all the different Lodges and side orders at the LMC as well as from other masonic centres at Brockenhurst, Christchurch, New Milton, and Ringwood are presented at an annual cheque presentation evening.
All those local charities are asked to visit the Centre to receive the donation and give a short talk what their charity is all about. Below are the last three events totalling £289,035!
In addition the Masonic Charitable Foundation awards around £5.5 million pounds in grants to local and national charities
